What can you expect from Indoor Cycling (“Rydes”)?
Delirium’s indoor cycling, or “Ryde”, classes are for people with all levels of fitness. We feature Keiser M3 cycles and provide an amazing way to improve fitness, lose weight and increase energy. We offer a variety of indoor cycling classes including: 60 minute Rydes, 30 minute Ryde + Core, and 45 minute Ryde + Yoga classes, so there’s something for everyone!
Take it up a notch by adding drop-in circuits before or after your Ryde to get some strength incorporated into your routine!
When is indoor cycling offered?
Indoor Cycling classes are offered 7 days a week! We offer classes early morning, mid morning, early evening, late evening M-F and mid-mornings on the weekends. See our schedule for details!
